About Us

Welcome to the Windmill Ranch website. Located in western Comal County 25 miles north of San Antonio, Windmill Ranch is a small gated community on the front porch of the Texas Hill Country. Our community encompasses roughly 368 acres of beautiful rolling hills with lot sizes from 1½ to 5 acres.

Our website serves Windmill Ranch residents and property owners with information about the community. Here you will find HOA documents, community calendar, local business links and other useful information.

Windmill Ranch is not just a homeowners association, it is truly a neighborhood made up of friends and neighbors. We have developed close relationships with one another, which creates a wonderful social atmosphere. You can usually find someone waving as they walk by or find a block party on a long holiday weekend. Our Neighborhood Watch program is a culmination of these individual relationships and allows our community to be a safe haven for our children and families.
